Copyright Information

Copyright Information According To 17 U.S.C 512(c)(3)

Although we do our best to determine if intellectual property is being uploaded, we don't always catch everything coming in.  In addition we do not always know if it is intellectual property or not.  Every day there are as many as 50 uploaded files removed by our staff without any request made by the intellectual property owner because we do know it doesn't belong here in public sharing view.  It does become a very time consuming process so we you can understand that we may miss some uploads from time to time.  Zarpie.com is a free site so there is no revenue, which means there are no paid employees working 24/7.  In other words we do not always have the resources available to go through every single file that is uploaded to the site.  Because of this ongoing issue we have made this information page for intellectual property owners.

If you have found something within the Website that you believe to be intellectual property that you own or manage please contact us in the following manner so we may remove the material(s) from the site:

SECTION 1: FOR PROPERTY RIGHTS OWNERS:

If you are a legal owner of intellectual property including copyright and/or trademark,  or an agent or attorney for the owner of intellectual property, and believe with good faith judgement that any content on or within the zarpie.com Website infringes upon your intellectual property rights, we request that you may send us an electronic (email) notification pursuant to and in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act by providing us with the following information which we use to begin the review of your claim:

1:  The intellectual property in question, including where possible a link directly to the content in question.

2:  Your FULL contact information including telephone number, email, mailing address and the best time to reach you should we need to contact you by telephone.

3:  A sworn statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content in question is not authorized to be displayed on zarpie.com by the owner of the intellectual property and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the intellectual property right that you believe to be infringed upon.

4:  Any evidence of the ownership of the intellectual property that you may have available.

Should you fail to comply with all of the requirements listed in items 1, 2, 3 and 4 your  claim may not be reviewed.  You will be informed if your claim is rejected.

SECTION 2:  FOR USERS OF ZARPIE.COM:
